Not All Strays Are Feral

While Stray Cats & Feral Cats Have Similarities, They Are Also Different.

Stray cats were socialized by humans at some point but no longer have a home with people either because they have gotten out, have been abandoned, or have otherwise become separated from their human(s).

Feral cats (typically) do not have experience with humans and are fearful of them. Feral cats can sometimes be friendly with humans and can sometimes be socialized (regardless of their age) and learn to live indoors.
